Medical malpractice payments continue to fall

As Congress debates ways to reform the country's health care crisis, Public Citizen released data showing that payments for medical malpractice continue to fall, despite the rising cost of health care nationwide. Changing the liability system would be a detriment to patients and creating alternative "health courts" would be overly costly.
